What is Story Stream and how can I customize it?

How does Story Stream work?

Story Stream is what we call the seamless way of scrolling between articles in a TypeEngine app. At the end of an article in your app, a reader simply swipes or "pulls" up to continue reading, or down to go back to the previous article. Readers can preview the next article’s title by swiping up and holding.

Of course, the menu is always one tap away for general navigation, but your readers can have an uninterrupted experience using Story Stream. Best of all, each app built using TypeEngine has Story Stream available within the default settings.

How can I customize Story Stream?

For those inclined, this feature can be customized. In the Publication section of your TypeEngine web console, click onto App Styling to access your app’s JSON settings. Here are the properties you will need to edit and what they effect:
